I have lender enforced flood insurance since 2003 on my property which is very high. Recently I got flood insurance through my insurance agent for very cheap. I want to know if can I demand a refund or a partial refund. If yes how far back should I ask for?
Now I am paying $ 256 a year and so far I was paying $ 3350 a year.
