Home Business Leads ? Branding Your Name And Business Name

Anyone that works from home knows that branding your name is of extreme importance. Your brand name is what separates you from the rest, and allows you to market yourself to others. Branding your name helps build a solid list of home business leads that then build brand equity.

A lot of thought needs to be put into choosing the name of your brand. Your brand name will tell people who you are, what you do, what makes you different than others, and why they should consider giving their business to you. in other words, your brand name in one glance will be a summary of what you do, so chose wisely.

Today, branding your name requires a website. Home business leads can be acquired via the web faster than any other method. Offering potential customers something free, such as a free report, or running a contest, will speed this process exponentially. Simply place an opt-in box in a highly visible area on your website, then sit back and watch the leads come in.

Another internet based method of lead generation is by the use of articles. There are tons of article directories on the internet. by writing articles about your business and submitting them to these directories, readers can be re-directed to your web site. This is a bonus in two ways: more traffic to your website, and more opportunities for guests to opt-in to your mailings.

While internet marketing is vital, don't leave out other methods. Exhibitions and trade shows related to your business are great places to make contacts. Business cards are not obsolete. Have your cards professionally printed and give them out everywhere you go. Use family, friends, and past customers to help with word of mouth advertising.

Used in conjunction, these methods will have your name out, and the home business leads and dollars coming in.

My sister and I, single individuals at the time, decided to move-in together to help each other out make mortgage payments on time. Since then she has gotten married no kids and I'm in a relationship that's deteriorating with 2 year old son. Significant other has a nasty habit that she's been hiding for years, I can tolerate it as long as it doesn't affect my son. Luckily, for me I've managed to learn quickly how to raise my son as he identifies me more as parent with a strong bond and I see she doesn't put much emphasis on him as I believe a mother should. But, I could be wrong seeing that he is my first and her fourth by others in which they have full custody, have asked my son to call me Mr. Mom but he insists on calling me daddy. Recently, I found out indirectly that my sister signed paperwork to start short sale proceedings without informing me since my name is not in any part of the mortgage. I basically lost out unaware that my sister's behavior has changed as she is more into her marriage. I'm wondering if I have any tenant-landlord rights that could aid me in my new location. I don't want to say that her new husband is here in the U.S. on a Visa as long as he maintains marriage with my sister that as soon as he gets the chance to become permanent he'll ditch my sis. I'm not going to assume that is going to be the case. As I have problems of my own being unemployed for 2.5 years and am down the wire collecting the last of my UI benefits. I do have some legal recourse which I been researching for 2 years regarding my last employer whether I should file suit for discrimination as I have combed the employers policy and found stipulations to their hasty decision to terminate me, I may be able to get my job back and maybe awarded back pay. I just want a job as I started off with the company as a lead generator soon promoted to top producer in a matter of 9 months was on my way in reaching top compensation but was terminated shy of 1 year. My question is am I able to attain an employment law attorney that will fight for my rights on contingency as I have very little funds that currently are on a strict budget in which a high percentage goes to the welfare of my son, have receipts to prove it. Also, just recently I've been authorized and offered employment in my line of work but as an independent contractor which I can't decide and have no formal or informal experience about it but am forced to act and jump at something before me and my family are out of house and home. My action plan is to strive relentlessly to make as much as I can with the close to 2 months I have before I have to leave premises that will give me options to where I can move. Too bad my sister never reported my payments given to her on time to credit reporting agencies which will be a hurdle that I will have to face when applying for tenancy here in California. Fortunately, I hold no ill concept on anyone that answers my questions. But, before you make a statement make sure that it is credible unless you are an attorney I still will cross reference any best answer. Under California I have 3 yrs from the date of termination. The question is "how to attain a lawyer to fight for my rights on CONTINGENCY." I don't need remarks, just answers. Please read community guidelines before attempting to answer or if you can't say something nice and productive don't answer.
