Hop-N-Healthy ? Waddle n Swaddle, 32 Raymond Ave., Poughkeepsie. Thursdays. 11:30 a.m.-noon and 12:15-12:45 p.m. Classes are 30-40 minutes of nonstop movement for children 18 months to 5 years. Classes include warm-up, fundamental gross motor skills and cool down all while building balance, coordination and social skills. Each week children will take home an activity to help incorporate that week?s class into their daily lives. Participants will learn exercises to help build the core strength, endurance and upper body strength new moms need to keep up with their children. Toddlers and babies age 6 weeks to 18 months are welcome. Bring toys and books to occupy them while you work out and plan to include them in some of the exercises. Each student receives a theraband for home use as well as a list of exercises for class that can be done at home. Students may bring 1-2 pound weights for arm work. Bring a mat.
