Four Steps to Reduce Bullying That Is Happening to YOU!

Bullying can occur online, in person, or it can come from a group of people. Five steps offered here can assist in reducing if not eliminating bullying behavior from others. Cyber bullying, physical bullying, and relational aggression can all be mitigated with one thing--energy. Consider this the most important aspect we have and it is all within our control. However, change with our habits and routines can be difficult which is why it is important to involved other people.
